Woofdoku es un juego de lógica publicado por 1127soft. Esta política explica qué datos trata la aplicación, con qué finalidad y qué derechos tienes. Escrita en lenguaje claro: si algo no se entiende, escríbenos.

No se envían a ningún sitio y desaparecen si desinstalas la aplicación o borras sus datos:

El identificador de la clasificación es un número aleatorio generado en tu dispositivo: no es tu cuenta de Google, ni tu teléfono, ni tu correo. El nombre que muestres es el que tú escribas — no hace falta que sea real.
Las compras las procesa la tienda de tu dispositivo: Google Play en Android y la App Store en iPhone y iPad. Nosotros no vemos tu nombre, tu correo ni tus datos de pago: solo recibimos un identificador de compra que nos permite verificar que es válida.
La versión gratuita muestra anuncios servidos por Google AdMob, que puede tratar identificadores de publicidad e información del dispositivo para mostrar y medir anuncios. Consulta la política de privacidad de Google. En el Espacio Económico Europeo, Reino Unido y Suiza se te pedirá tu consentimiento para la publicidad personalizada la primera vez que abras el juego, y podrás cambiarlo después.
En iPhone y iPad, además, el sistema te pedirá permiso mediante el aviso de App Tracking Transparency (ATT) antes de que se pueda usar el identificador de publicidad de Apple (IDFA). Si lo rechazas seguirás viendo anuncios, pero no personalizados, y el juego funciona igual. Puedes cambiar de opinión en Ajustes → Privacidad y seguridad → Seguimiento. En Android puedes restablecer o limitar tu identificador de publicidad desde los ajustes del sistema. Si compras «Quitar anuncios», dejan de mostrarse en cualquier plataforma.
No usamos Firebase Analytics, ni SDK de redes sociales, ni ningún otro sistema de seguimiento.
Puedes ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad, y retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento, escribiendo a hola@1127soft.es.
Si crees que no hemos atendido bien tu solicitud, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Woofdoku no está dirigido a menores de 13 años y no recogemos conscientemente datos de menores de esa edad.
Nuestro servidor está en España. Google (pagos y publicidad) y Apple (pagos) pueden tratar datos fuera del EEE con las garantías previstas en sus propias políticas.
Si esta política cambia, actualizaremos la fecha del encabezado y, si el cambio es relevante, lo avisaremos dentro de la aplicación.

Never transmitted; removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data: level progress, stars, times, saved boards, settings (language, sound, font, accessibility, timer), powerup counts, the discovered-dogs gallery, and a device key used to decrypt paid packs you have bought.

The ranking identifier is a random number generated on your device — it is not your Google account, phone number or email. The display name is whatever you type; it need not be your real name.
Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iPhone and iPad) process purchases; we never see your name, email or payment details, only a purchase identifier we can verify.
Google AdMob serves ads in the free version and may process advertising identifiers and device information to show and measure ads — see Google's privacy policy. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland you will be asked for consent to personalised advertising when you first open the game, and you can change it later.
On iPhone and iPad the system will additionally ask for permission through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) can be used. Declining is fine — ads continue but are not personalised, and the game is unaffected. You can change your mind in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android you can reset or limit your advertising ID in system settings. Buying "Remove ads" stops ads entirely on either platform.
We use no analytics, social or tracking SDKs.
Ranking entries: until you ask us to delete them or the ranking is reset. Purchases: while you keep the purchased content and for applicable tax and accounting periods. Server logs: a short period, for diagnostics and security.
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hola@1127soft.es. To remove your ranking entry, tell us the display name you use. To erase local data, uninstall the app (iPhone and iPad) or clear its data in system settings (Android). You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Woofdoku is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Our server is located in Spain. Google (payments and advertising) and Apple (payments) may process data outside the EEA under the safeguards described in their own policies.
If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you inside the app.
